Visiting Khasab, Oman Oct 2009



Pictures depicts when I assigned in Khasab, Oman on October 2009 to conduct survey.

As you can see in this picture background is the rocky mountain where the boulders, gravel, stone and other rock product obtain and exported to the other country like Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Iraq not to mentioned the project in Dubai and Abu Dhabi......   




The Golden Tulips Hotel shown in this picture employed a Filipino Chef and Cook. Khasab is surrounded by rock income tax from this town mostly came from Quarrying to the large mountain of rock such as Musandham Rock

3) Strict diet

Strict diet is a good thing but it will drive you crazy. Can you really weight and count all the amount of the calories in your food that you are going to eat? Just imagine how much time you need to count just before you can eat your meal. Just find a diet that can fit into your lifestyle or else you will be too stress about your strict diet.

4) Skipping meals

Many people thinks that skipping meals means reducing a lot of calories. And by logic, if you don't eat, you will not gain any weight. When you skip any meal, you will only become more hungry than usual. It will be hard to resist when you reach a certain level of hunger and you will forget everything about your diet just to fill up your stomach. Remember that to lose weight, it is important to keep your metabolism fired up with the right foods at certain times of the day.

Grabbing a can of carbonated drink just after a tiring weight loss exercise. Does this sound familiar to you? If yes then you are making a very big mistake which will increase your weight. Some of the carbonated drinks contain more calories than a plate of noodles. All your hard work on your weight loss exercise will be wasted if you do not stop drinking carbonated drink.
